Our Commitment to Ethical Partnership
At Pride in Gloucestershire, we uphold high partnership standards rooted in equality, respect, and authenticity. We carefully review all partnerships to ensure they align with our values and support the LGBTQ+ community.
We ask partners to share their Equality Policies and evidence of LGBTQ+ inclusion, allowing our Trustees and Members to assess genuine commitment. Members can also review and veto proposals to ensure partnerships reflect our community’s needs.
