❓FAQ

Q: Can I advertise at just one Pride event?
 
A: Yes! You can choose to advertise at a single event or multiple. We offer flexible pricing for each location, and discounts if you choose to advertise across all our events.


Q: Do I need to provide my own banner?
 
A: Nope! We handle the printing for you. You just need to send us your artwork. Want to use your own pre-printed banner instead? Let us know - we’ll reduce the price by 15%.


Q: What if I don’t have artwork ready?
 
A: No problem! We offer an optional low-cost design service to help bring your advert to life. Just tick the "custom request" box on the form, and we’ll be in touch.


Q: Will I get my banner back after the event?
 
A: Yes - you keep your banner after the final event you’ve booked for! We can arrange for collection, local delivery, or postage (postage costs may apply).


Q: Where will my banner be displayed?
 
A: All banners are placed in high-footfall, high-visibility areas at each event.
If you book multiple banners, we’ll spread them out to maximise your brand exposure.


Q: When do I need to send in my artwork?
 
A: Artwork must be submitted at least three weeks before the event. We’ll confirm the exact date with you by email after you apply.


Q: How and when do I pay?
 
A: If your application is approved, we’ll issue an invoice for your advertising package. Payment is due upon receipt to confirm your booking.
