Pride March
The forming point is outside John Lewis and Partners - several public toilets are in the surrounding area.
Pride Event
We provide a range of accessible toilet facilities to ensure comfort and convenience for all attendees. This includes accessible portable toilets, baby changing facilities, and a staffed Changing Places ReviLoo, which is equipped to meet the needs of people who require additional assistance.
We are expecting to be able to provide BSL at Pride in Cheltenham.
Pride March
The pride march occurs along the High Street, Pedestrianised Areas, and paved roads. The surface is suitable for wheelchairs, although it may be a little bumpy due to the paved areas. We have had many wheelchair users join us along the route in past years with no problems!
Pride Event
The entire park is accessible - taking advantage of the installed hardstanding pathways and ramped access to all areas.
Recognising the diverse needs of our community, we have created a sensory zone designed to provide a quieter, more comfortable space for those who may find the event overwhelming. This zone is equipped with ear defenders and fidget toys to help manage sensory input.
The event is in an open park; visitors can leave and return later!
Yes, the park has plenty of benches and places to sit. You are also welcome to bring your own camping chairs with you.
